Heating Instructions:
For Empanadas and Chaparritas: Place your favorite empanada or chaparrita on a baking sheet and reheat for about 10 min at 300ºF, or internal temperature is 165ºF.
For Uno and Mucho Choclo: Remove the plastic lid and place the container in the oven (350ºF) for 25-30min or internal temperature is 165ºF. Don't reheat in microwave.
For Frozen Empanadas (Fried): Keep them frozen. Preheat enough oil to cover the empanadas completely. Fry the empanadas at 325º F. Do not fry them for too long (just about a couple of minutes) when they reach a nice golden color, you can take them out and put them on a tray with paper towel to absorb the oil. be careful, the cheese can be really hot!
Maldito-manjar-: Keep frozen. Leave in room temperature (about 30 min)
before serving.
Ingredients:
Dough: All purpose flour, butter, shortening, salt, baking powder. Pino: Ground beef, onions, raisins, boiled egg, olive, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, beef bouillon. Queso: Monterey Cheese. De Champ: Onions, mushrooms, salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, raisins, olive. De Hoja: Puff Dough, Monterey cheese. Chaparrita:  Monterey cheese. Uno & Mucho Choclo: Corn, milk, basil, corn starch, salt, pepper and pino filling. Frozen empanadas: Monterey Cheese. Maldito Manjar: Dulce de leche, meringue, whip cream.
